Synovas PocketOfis (the "App"), published by Synovas Ltd. ("we", "us"), runs entirely on your device. It does not collect, store on our servers, transmit, share, or sell any personal or sensitive user data. The App does not require an internet connection, and nothing is sent to us or to any third party.

2. Data We Collect

We collect no data. Specifically, the App does not collect or access:

• personal information (name, email address, phone number, address);

• device identifiers (such as advertising ID, App Set ID, IMEI, or SIM serial number);

• location data;

• contacts, call logs, SMS, or the list of other apps installed on your device;

• photos, files, camera, or microphone data;

• financial, payment, health, or authentication information;

• analytics, crash, or usage data.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

Any content or settings you create in the App are stored locally on your device only. We cannot see, access, or recover this data. You are responsible for backing it up. Android's backup features, if enabled in your device settings, are controlled by you and Google, not by us.

4. Sharing of Data

Because we collect no data, we share none. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data, and we do not share data with advertisers, analytics providers, or any other third party.

5. Third-Party Code and Advertising

The App contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDKs that collect or transmit user data.

6. Permissions

The App does not request any Android permissions that give access to personal or sensitive data.

7. Security

Since data never leaves your device, it is protected by your device's own security features (screen lock, encryption, operating-system updates). We recommend keeping these enabled.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain no data about you. Data you create in the App remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. The App has no user accounts, so no account deletion process is needed.

9. Child safety policies

The App does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

10. Your Rights

Under laws such as the EU GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or delete.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at https://www.synovas.eu/privacy and within the App, and the effective date shows when it last changed. If our data practices ever change, we will update this policy and obtain any consent required before the change takes effect.

12. No Warranty, No Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability arising from its use.
